An action packed weekend of Horse Agility.
On Friday evening you can settle in yourself and your horse. There will be a hot buffet style meal and then I will talk to you all about Horse Agility, what to expect over the weekend and answer any questions you might have.
On the Saturday we will be in the Arena exploring all that Horse Agility has to offer. If things are going well you will have the option to try ridden EquAgility and for those of you used to Long-Reining you may try this out on the course.
The morning is full of Training and Play sessions and the afternoon tests out your skills with a choice of Competitions. There is also the opportunity to hack around the beautiful surroundings and play on the surfaced Canter track with natural obstacles.
The afternoon finishes with the very fun Team Horse Agility Knockout Challenge and evening Meal with Quiz.
Horse Agility Camp is suitable for all horse human combinations from novices and youngsters to Juniors and the more Advanced and Experienced amongst you, Camp really is for everyone.
Horse Agility Camp includes Team competitions, lots of fun as you pit yourselves against each other and make new friends and teammates. The team element is a great way of keeping horses together and no one left on their own. If you have friends coming with you great, if not I can match you up with team mates on the Friday evening.
On the Sunday we take advantage of Lincomb’s amazing Cross Country Course. Wild Horse Agility takes the same concepts into the countryside. Banks, ditches, steps, hills, water and lots more are on offer to try your hand at. All kept small so they can be done in walk and nothing has to be jumped if you have a young horse or don’t wish to. For the more adventurous amongst you we can go bigger or faster, whatever suits you and your horse. I will guide you around giving you time to play and providing training as you go. We will have a competition throughout the session suited to everyone. Yet again you can ride if you wish and alternate between in hand and ridden work. The session will be split up with Cake and Drinks on the course, giving horses and humans a break. We finish our weekend back at the pavilion with a well earned late lunch and prize giving before heading home.
Lincomb has superb facilities for both you and your horse. A brand new stable block is currently being built. The camping field is allocated for camping, trailers and lorries with the sleeping pod nextdoor. There are toilets and showers on site and the fantastic Pavilion where we meet to discuss the days events and where all meals and drinks will be served.
